Crazy things happen

The start of the day with joy, happiness and ready to bring more into the world. Then it hits! That sudden shock which upsets the whole day. Or does it? Attitude. Yep, attitude will set the scene for the rest of the day. That shock, upset, unhappy surprise needs to be dealt with so that we can move on. Sometimes it takes a few minutes or even an hour or so to jump up and down, yell (but do it in your hand or out in the middle of nowhere so you don't have an armed task team waiting for you to put the strait jacket on) talk it out with close friends but deal with what you can at that moment(s). Then off to spread some joy by a simple smile where a frown once was seen. A simple lifting of the corners of your mouth brings more to those who see it than you can ever know. Now, isn't that something to smile about? So, after an attitude adjustment, a smile to others and we are off with peace and love in our hearts. That crazy day but for our attitude, smile and actions brings to ourselves and others either happiness or sadness.
